I had an appointment scheduled with the "boss" for a Monday. I took the day off from work to be there to discuss what we wanted done. Having no one show up at 4:30pm I called the office and was told the "boss" was sick. I asked that they contact him and find out when I could expect him. The person I spoke to returned my call and told me that he didn't think the "boss" would be in the next day and couldn't give me any information as to when I could expect someone at my house. buying a Bonsai trees I don't recomand buying any trees from this nursery they will not back any of there out door plants with any kind of warrenty. I purchased a Bonsai frm them last year and in the fall started to turn color and by spring its dead I did everything I was suppose to do and was told to bad now i'm without a tree and 80.00 bucks. I would recommand buying from a full time nursery that warrenties there plants instead of a part time nursery
