This studio is everything I’ve been missing. This is the first time in my postpartum journey that I’m starting to feel like myself again, and I owe a huge part of that to Katie and the entire team. If you told me a year ago that I’d ever step foot in a studio, I wouldn’t have believed you. And now I’m counting down the days toward my 100th class which is such a huge and exciting goal for me! 🧡
I’ve had a few sports injuries, so it took me a lot of years to get the courage to get back into a fitness class, but Barre3 instructors always make me feel welcome and successful where I am in my fitness journey. I love seeing my balance and strength improve every time without worry that my joints or ligaments will get injured. I love seeing people of all ages and sizes join me in this journey with such positive energy!
