Above and Beyond!!! My family and I are new to the area and tried some dentist in Shakopee with no luck...a neighbor of ours recommended Molldrem Family Dentistry. Highly Recommend Molldrem Family Dentistry I left my previous dentist, because I felt like I was a new patient every 6 months. At Molldrem Failmy they remembered things I said at my previous appointment and addressed my concerns. I recommend them to all my family, friends and coworkers. Plus they have free whitening!
Trustworthy It has been about 2 years since I had been to the dentist for a check up. I really enjoyed being able to see the pictures of my teeth and it gave me a visual of what they were explaining so I know it wasn't being made up. I really like the one on one time to discuss what will be done and what to expect. The hygenist and dentist sat down to talk to me and I didn't feel rushed, pressured or an inconvenience. DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND MOLLDREM! Both my friend and I who coincidentally both ended up at Molldrem due to their free whitening offer, were both left with a funny taste in our mouth after visiting Molldrem.They seem to always find multiple "phantom cavities" and want to sell consumers the most expensive prescription products. On top of that they, over billed me and never notified me. Trust Compromised 5 stars for patient experience, although this review is taken down to only 1 star due to the upsell pressure on the patient to do "phantom" work that is not needed. I have three family members in the dentistry industry, all of which have looked at my fillings and have told me the work suggested by Molldrem is completely unnecessary. Definately would NOT recommend Molldrem Dentist! They over charged me, and wouldn't fix the billing issue. I ended up overpaying $140 - paid it just so it wouldn't go against my credit! NEVER go there! Not worth the hassle! POOR customer service!
CARING & COMFORTABLE I love getting an estimate for my dental work and being able to decide outside of an appointment if I want to schedule the work. This makes me feel like I'm not being pressured. Everyone in this office has been very accomodating and friendly. I've already recommended my dentist to three others and will be doing more of this as the opportunity arises.
Molldrem Family Dentistry is EXCELLENT! Molldrem Family Dentistry's office really has a hometown community feel. I feel welcome and comfortable and cared for. I really trust Dr. Molldrem and the staff, they educate me a ton on my oral health and dental treatment. Other dentists in the past have waited until my cavities got bigger before mentioning them and Dr. Molldrem allows me to get them fixed before the problem is too big. Molldrem Family Dentistry = Up-sell. Would NOT recommend! Like the previous reviewers I was grossly disappointed with Molldrem Dentistry. EVERYTHING is about sell sell sell. It is worse that going to buy a car!
