Take that star and cut it in half! The level of unprofessional behavior was absolutely unreal. my daughter was relocating from another state and saw this property was near our home. She and her sister got together and had decided to apply. it took a while to get-tough but finally she was told the place wasn't ready to be seen. Filled out an application and was accepted. Scheduled home review for 2 days. In a hurry due to a rapid job change. Home was filthy! Told it would be ready within 10 days. I could get the work done. They needed owners approval etc......all of these should be discussed with owner before renting....that would be MOST professional. I was disappointed and even told them I would help with clean up and painting....They recanted and told us that it wouldn't be ready.....after they said that they hadn't even seen the properti... read more

worst property manger out there they close out work orders when they don’t want to hear from you they use the excuse we have to get repairs approved our ac was down for a month it took getting up with the sate for them to do anything now we have mold in the apartment they told me 3 months ago that they would have some out here to fix it they themselves told me it was mold the is a huge hole under are sink with a electrical cord coming out it the lady that lived across the street from us had a mold issue and her ceiling fell ... read more

Spoat, Jackson & Browne LLC staff has serious mental/ angry issues and is in desperate need of therapy! They are a prime examples of angry slumlords who abuses the law, and will tell a lie when tenants doesn't agree with them. Most of the staff has malice and anger sitting on the throne of their hearts! This company doesn't deserve to be in business and either should be shut down, and made by the courts to live like they treat the tenants.

My best friend has serious health issues and the stress she is enduring is quite unacceptable. How can they expect tenants to pay rent on time when serious maintenance issues are not resolved in a timely manner? Calling them to get a resolution is fruitless. Stop mistreating your tenants. Horrible renting service. DISGUSTING customer service. Upon moving In, there was cockroaches everywhere, chronic mold in the bathroom, and cat shit on the blinds. 3 days after we moved in the gas meter was leaking. The gas company told me to have the landlord deal with it bc it’s not my house. They end up trying to charge $80 for the service fee. They only shut off the valve. Since SJB refuse to do anything about the mold my dog now has respiratory issues... Now that COVID hit I became unemployed and lost my job. They tried ... read more
