My timeshare is at Jade Tree Cove and this is in NO way a slam at them. The property is always well maintained and the GM and staff are very professional and kind. This is in regards to letting SPM rent out my timeshare for the week and taking 35% commission AND a booking commission along with credit card fees for renting my timeshare out for the week. These people are VERY unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and NEVER deal with these people. Very nasty on the phone. Lori was the woman I spoke to. She told me to "Have A GREEEAAAT day" before she hung up on me. WOW! Amazing these are the people in charge!!! They trespass on our private property for months. We speak to the GM there at Laurel Point Mikhail and when we ask him to stop he tells us he will continue trespassing. We inherited this property from our late Mother-In-Law. We have never visited the property but did use the exchange. The property was mismanaged and three years ago in addition the the always increasing yearly fees now at $698.00 we had an additional assessment of over $1,800. I choose to pay in installments but was self employed at the time. I called in on the last assessment I had due and made payment arrangements to avoid over $200.00 in late fees.
