I could give zero stars, I would. This was not only an overpriced rental, but one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. So glad we left. Shortly after giving birth, the AC in the unit went out and the temperature reached 80 degrees inside. I have worked with SPM property management several times over the last seven years. They have always demonstrated a superior level of integrity, and a great deal of attention to detail for their client properties. They manage properties with compassion and attention to detail, while Protecting the property owner’s interests. I always recommend them when a client needs property management services.

Harry and his team were very helpful throughout the process of the sale of a home we inherited. Harry was very knowledgeable and helped us weigh the pros, cons, and specifics of our negotiations. To top it off, he handled my wife’s sentimentality very well and helped her feel more comfortable during an emotional time.
