I could give zero stars, I would. This was not only an overpriced rental, but one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. So glad we left. I have worked with SPM property management several times over the last seven years. They have always demonstrated a superior level of integrity, and a great deal of attention to detail for their client properties. They manage properties with compassion and attention to detail, while Protecting the property owner’s interests. I always recommend them when a client needs property management services.
Their team is professional, efficient, and highly reliable. Communication is always clear and timely, and they remain reachable and responsive whenever needs arise. They consult with property owners in a straightforward, objective manner that makes decision‑making easy and well‑informed. Their service reflects true expertise and a commitment to excellence. Highly recommended.
Harry and his team were very helpful throughout the process of the sale of a home we inherited. Harry was very knowledgeable and helped us weigh the pros, cons, and specifics of our negotiations. To top it off, he handled my wife’s sentimentality very well and helped her feel more comfortable during an emotional time.
I would like to thank Harry, Missy and the entire WeichertSPM Real Estate and Property Management Team for all the hard work & guidance we were given over the years with our properties. Y’all gave us peace of mind that everything was handled properly, legally, professionally & in a timely manner. 🌟👋
