I love Splurge! Diego has been working his magic on my nails for a while now and I cannot be happier with the way he cares for my nails and makes them look beautiful. The salon is always cleans and everyone is always so friendly! This place is very special and I look forward to many more fantastic creations by Diego.
I have finally found my nail salon in Fayetteville after trying various locations the past three years since moving here! I’ve been three times and seen nail techs Audrey and Jenny E. Both great. Prices are fair and transparent. You can book online. (How I hate having to call to book appointments!) They mostly don’t seem able to take walk-ins, but getting appts has been easy. Today I got my nails done for my Disney cruise and they look great!!
I had my first experience at Splurge Nail Salon today, and it was absolutely amazing. I’m from out of town, and they were kind enough to work me in last minute, which I truly appreciated. Heidi did my nails, and her work was outstanding. Her attention to detail is on a completely different level—honestly better than anywhere I’ve ever been. Every employee was so kind and it was so lively in there! My nail tech, Audrey, was amazing, patient and was really careful with my spranged wrist. Definitely going again!
I had appointment with Audrey at Splurge nails . I usually have pleasant experience as ambience is fine but always felt the customer service is not greatest . Today however it was worst with this particular employee. I was appalled by her rudeness and attitude. I was only 8 minutes late . I had appointment for 2 services and as soon as I entered, she said I have now time for only one service , I said just because I am 8 min late? To that she said now I can’t do you at all!!
