The compassion exuded from some of the staff was of endearing sincerity when they shared the heartbreaking prognosis for my Russe Terrier as terminal. Everything was very clean and no funky smell. They played an Incredible String Band song "Good Dog". Thanks for assisting with the shock I fell..It was by far the best bedside manner I have ever experienced in a facility for the care of animals that aren't of the human genome. Bravo, keep up the good work 🏆
