My cat was having some basic dietary dysfunction and brought him in, they were able to get me scheduled rapidly for urgent care as all the other clinics near me had no openings for weeks and ER visits are far too costly. They provided top treatment and gave me the transparency I needed to decide what comes next for his Healthcare. Strongly recommended, thanks again.
I made an appointment last may 19 for a consultation fir my cat.they made me pay the $99 and gave me may 26 for the date of consultation. . They said its a deposit in case we didnt show up. So i filed a PTO from work for may 26 The day before, i already checked in on line for my cat. May 26, we prepared early, on my way there, about 30 mins before my appointment, sploot rep called me saying that they are cancelling my cats appointment due to some reasons. I was furious!!! I cannot recommend Sploot enough. They are so wonderful and accommodating. My cat is an absolute psycho when going to the vet (this is our fourth vet now) and they’ve been the most helpful in trying to figure out ways for her to be examined successfully. I have significantly less anxiety about bringing her to the vet now, I know she’s in good hands. Michael R and Dr Cruz were fantastic - they truly went above and beyond for our spicy girl. I’ve taken both of my dogs here and had great experiences. They are transparent with pricing during the appointment and always send the documentation I need promptly for my pet insurance. I’ve found the vets there to be very thorough and have noticed things about my dogs that no one else has pointed out to me. Scheduling is easy online and they’re responsive via text as well. Overall, very happy with Sploot.
Took My little mickey to his first vet visit !. All staff members from The moment of check in to check out were incredibly amazing !. Mickey was given his shots with such care from the vet , and even given goodies !. I appreciate the team in logan square , will be back soon
