My dog had completely lost the use of his back legs over the course of 2 years. I made the incredibly difficult decision to have him put down, I gave him the best Last Day I could possibly give him, then brought him into Sploot at the end of it, they'd checked him once before when he was first injured and I didn't want to go through intake paperwork again. I brought my dog Logan to Sploot on recommendation from a co-worker and so far this has been a great place for my dog to receive pet care. Staff are always very friendly and the vets very knowledgeable. This has been consistent through out all locations I’ve visited. Lately I have been helped by Dr. Perkins and Dr. Cruz and they have been amazing! My dog needed urgent care and they worked around their schedule in order for my dog to receive treatment needed. I’m glad I found this place.

I don't typically leave reviews but so far, I've been really enjoying my experience with Sploot in Logan Square. A little background: I went to another vet for years in the area primarily because their focus was on low price point pet care! While that is important, a lot of other things were missing that I felt like impacted the *quality* of care we were getting. After all, when our furry friends aren't feeling well, it's scary! My pittie Kash is a nervous boy, and Sploot Veterinary (Logan Square) was absolutely amazing with him. They made him feel so comfortable and at home that they were even able to take him to the back without me, which honestly was perfect for us because he did not feel like he needed to protect me. My first visit to Sploot with my 6 month puppy was wonderful. Indigo was patient and extra sweet to Wally, who adored her! She gave clear instructions and helped determine the appropriate timeline for follow-ups with the front deck! The vet was more patient and informative than most I’ve ever experienced, giving actionable advice, reviewing medical history with me (after it finally loaded) and setting Wally up with reasonable, thoughtful next steps and treatments. I already have our next visit scheduled!
