Incredible experience. This clinic was so accommodating, considerate, and attentive to my senior cat. They offered helpful recommendations and were so kind, to cat and me/my partner. Dr. Dohanics and Taba helped us out. Would highly recommend and we will be returning to Sploot Logan Square for our vet needs :)
Sploot is by far my favorite veterinarian in the city! The team is knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and incredibly easy to work with. Pricing is always clear and up-front with options being presented if you can’t afford a certain service. Specifically wanting to shout out Indigo S and Dr. Weinberg for treating my cat as if she was their own. We had a same day appointment with lots of anxiety but they worked quickly and compassionately to get us taken care of. Can’t recommend Sploot Logan Square enough 💜
Brought my reactive pup to sploot today & they were so patient and kind with her! Definitely an amazing experience and we will be back! Otter loved the complimentary tennis ball :)
Update: Ops team called, apologized and where able to correct the situation. Thank you! While they were able to take me in on a pinch and their vet was compassionate, I have a couple of words on specific areas: 1- Vet tech for imaging (April visit): it could be very well that they did not want to work on a Sunday. By far my worst vet tech experience as most in this line of work have a very deep love for animals. Took my cat here for an emergency visit and was so grateful for the care she received. The entire team was warm, welcoming and very educated.
