Good workout with KO. I would probably have us do an active rest workout while we are boxing one on one with the mitts just to keep our heart rates up vs just standing in line. Downside The place was very unsanitary . Get some wipes and disinfectant asap pleaseeee and have the members wipe down the mats , ropes, gloves everythangggg.
Not the gym’s fault, but the power pump class is still on the class pass schedule. I showed up and it was dark with nobody inside. Tried to call and no one answered the phone. Probably should have come to this page first, now seeing that the owner says the class has been discontinued for some time now.
