Went in for a cut and color and asked for a dark plum and layers, had a discussion with the girl where she said since my hair is darker it won’t show up as bright but will show nicely especially in the sun. Once my hair is done there isn’t even a hint of red or purple and is completely dark brown AND I have no layers, she offered to curl it and that looked like garbage too. Today was my first time coming to Split Enz. I had another experience else where at a different hair place and wasn't happy with my hair. After moving out here from two hours away I struggled to find someone who could really bring my hair wants to life. As Abby said to me "sometimes it's hard to express into words what you exactly want. And as a hair dresser I get that." ended up canceling my appointment due to how rude the lady on the phone was. I do not trust someone with poor attitude as such to touch my hair.
