Chad could have easily had a 5-star review when he took over my pool service. He is likable & smart. He was the “full-service” guy he proclaimed at first and did a lot of great stuff for my pool service. But then service became inconsistent. Last Spring Summer we had some pool problems. Most of them were addressed but something wasn’t right and the pool wasn’t running right. I was sick with breast cancer at the time and really needed to get the pool fixed.
