My own dentist would not help me in an emergency situation. My brother referred me and everyone was so awesome. The dentist and Amber both made me so comfortable. Me and my whole family have now switched to this dentist! Thank you guys!!
came to this office expecting my health information to be handled privately and professionally. During my visit, the office manager, Amber, disclosed that I have gum disease in an area where other patients were present and could hear. I was extremely uncomfortable and asked to speak with someone in a higher position regarding my privacy concern. Unfortunately, these people can’t seem to get their act together. We have been there twice to have them address the piece of tooth or bone they left in my wife’s lower gums. We wanted to get NEW DENTURES and two implants done and we come in with a $5000 insurance allowance and they wanna charge us to remove the bone or a piece of tooth they left in there. I would not use this dentist office you should run.
This was my first time going to this dentistry and I want to say I dislike the dentist since I was a kid. But the people here were polite and made my nerves calm down. I already knew that I was going to need work done but thought I couldn’t afford the same day but the front desk Amber gave me me financial options and I was able to get work done the same day I went and it was pretty fast too. It is a very welcoming place; all the staff are friendly, and the pediatric dentist is amazing. I am so glad I found them. I won't have to worry about anything related to the dentist anymore.
