I love this place! I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! I didn't have to take my son somewhere else for his braces! They work with me on payment plans. The staff is so polite and heart warming.
I give a two star for the personal other than that their out to get money not to make things right that u already paid for
"Rachelle and klancy were awesome and made it a great experience.... " this review was written by an employee that worked at splendora dental while I was still sitting in the chair with blood in my mouth after having 4 teeth removed. The woman Rachelle literally grabbed my phone, which obviously has no lock, and gave herself and another woman 5 stars and a review as if it was me... Smh! Very unprofessional!
Started out strong well on the way to a five star review. Staff was very nice and the dentist was nice. However, I was in a lot of pain prior to my procedure and now even more pain after. I left their office sobbing and in an extreme amount of pain. Their only solution or answer was telling me to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Which I have about 35-40 minutes ago and I am still still having a high level of pain. I was told I would be sore which I expected but the level of pain I am in goes beyond just "sore".
