I'd been with my previous dental practice for nearly 20 years. Nothing was bad or wrong, it was just never a delight. Impersonal, quick (which I suppose is nice, but I never felt like I was a priority), and staff that were either quite a bit older, or were constantly rotating through the young. Best experience with any dental office. Joyce, April, Lexi, Dr. Nayak were extremely professional and welcoming. Great to have finally found a dental family who understand patient care.
