Not your "RUN OF THE MILL" catering.....makes EVERYTHING from scratch...using only the freshest of ingredients. For example: Want Tuna salad sandwiches? Uses Grade A raw sashimi grade tuna, poaches it in white wine and Tarragon...THEN makes the salad!!!! Not canned!!! Though they do have a menu you can choose from, they will make ANYTHING you ask for. ..1 person to a party of 500!!!! Love Splendid Fare!!!
Used Tony and his staff for many years to cater an annual banquet and three day event in NE Indiana. Food was top notch & always impeccably presented, served by friendly and professional staff, and reliably punctual. Would still be using Splendid Fare if I had not relocated out of state. Each year Splendid Fare always seemed to "outdo" the year before, which was no small feat; they are always improving, & leaving guests pleasantly surprised.
