I have not been to the brick and mortar location but rather ordered my Larry vs Harry Bullitt bike over email/phone. The experience was phenomenal, Erin and Kelly were so kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They answered all of my questions in great detail and kept me up to-date with the progress of the build with photos. The shipping process was easy with no damage to the bike (which was ideal). I came here to get my brakes looked at and one of the employees, Scott, told me that they dont service E-bikes anymore however he looked at it anyways. My brakes were completely out and it was so dangerous to even bike there but he was able to fix it a little to give me some grip going home. He ended up fixing the problem all togetherfor me and I legit got home safer than how I got there. Thanks Scott for being such a great human being!!!
I've spent most of my life in and out of bike shops and this shop is particularly awesome. Fantastic selection, fantastic staff. Dependable. Top tier. I wish I could spend more time here.
