Purchased 3 toilets a couple months ago and have been happy with them (Toto Drake). One piece came damaged from shipping but it was replaced without any hassle.
Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us through their product line. Prices are fair and good selection
Stopped by on a Saturday, there was only one other customer in the store. We were not greeted or acknowledged upon entering the store. We looked around for a while, had made our decision and were wanting to purchase. The store employee did not speak to or check in with us once. We ended up leaving after patiently waiting for quite some time and purchased our supplies from a different store. I was prepared to buy tub faucets, vanity, storage etc. I will never waste my time at to this store again.

I went in to get ideas for a bathroom reno. Left 45 minutes later with all selections made, a few items loaded in my vehicle to take home and a few that should be arriving within a couple of weeks! Huge thanks to Nicole for such a pleasant buying experience and for inspiring my choices. Every step of the way, everyone was so helpful and friendly. Not your average shopping experience!! Go. You won't regret it.
