Abrham (positive I misspelled your name sorry) the shipping/receiving supervisor and laura and sales team were excellent. By the time she had hung up the phone for a Abrham to pull my order he was already in the show room ready to go. Best service ive received to date and highly recommend coming here
They will not do returns/exchanges without a box, on a unused item. Our builder kindly set up a kitchen sink grid and dumped the box. When we saw the grid, when we got home we realised it was too small. The store manager basically gave us a "tough shit" attitude. "We can not help you if you don't have the box". The item is unused!!! The sales manager (Emilio's boss) was not even interested in helping with a discount or a replacement for a larger size. I just want to say this location has an advantage over most of the others in its customer service delivery ! I want to name Trudy as the key to the successful service I’ve received most recently ! She has been very helpful and her communication was top notch in my opinion and I want to also acknowledge that she has a very in-depth knowledge of the products and etc making it very easy for me as a contractor.
As a service technician, customers love being provided with several options regarding the fixtures we install in their homes. Trudy & Emilio were both very helpful with deciding on what kind of features were available with their large selection of products. Great doing business here!
