I placed an online order on Oct 1st, and according to website it was supposed to be ready in 1-2 weeks. Despite calling this branch many times to track where my order is, today was the second time that they’ve told me it will arrive in couple of days. So, I ask the showroom representative today, named Michelle, are you sure it is going to arrive? I do not want to wait another 1 week and again it does not come. What a terrific place to find your dream bathroom! Such a great selection and the staff are helpful and courteous. They are so knowledgeable and having the plumbing supply next door makes it a one-stop-shop for me. Thank you for all your help over the years!
Checked out a few places before coming here, and honestly, so glad I did. Kristy was awesome, super friendly and super patient. Some of the other spots I went to felt kinda off or unprofessional, but she made the whole thing easy and actually enjoyable. Helped me find exactly what I needed. Overall, just a really great experience.
Abrham (positive I misspelled your name sorry) the shipping/receiving supervisor and laura and sales team were excellent. By the time she had hung up the phone for a Abrham to pull my order he was already in the show room ready to go. Best service ive received to date and highly recommend coming here
