Every time I’ve gone, there’s always something wrong and most the time just 1 out of 4 bays are working... I recently got a gift card there and still had $3 left and went to use it for a basic wash and used the other $5 on my debit card but it still charged the full $8 on my card and my car got a horrible wash job.
Paid and then sat in the bay for 5 minutes waiting for the car wash to start. Then it only washed 1/2 of my car. I would’ve driven out if the doors weren’t shut.
RecommendedHad an issue with the system and the guy instantly fixed me up with a free upgrade even! He was friendly and sympathetic when I wasn't on my best behavior. it's also a darn good wash for a quick drive through.
Every time I come to this car wash something goes wrong, either my car doesn't get all the way clean, water stops mid wash or something else. Tried messaging company and left message, never heard back. So happy this isn't the only car wash anymore.
Scratched the hood of my car on June 1 2016. I'm working with USAA and reporting this business to the BBB. If you're a manager at the car wash please contact me before I process a claim and work with APD.
I'm liking this carwash for one reason and only one reason. The attendant on duty, Philip. He was patient and kind as he listened to my complaints about this carwash. He went above and beyond by not only giving me a token for another carwash, but he came out and sprayed my car by hand before I went through for a second run. I'm not a huge fan of the touch less carwash, but I am very impressed with great customer service. Thank you for your service Philip!
I may have to go handwash it now. It looks worse then before and I got the best one they offer~
