I paid for the top shelf wash and the older man pushed in my mirrors and sent my vehicle through without spraying it off as I asked. we had just returned from a family emergency in Tennessee and there were lots of dead bugs on the front and the windshield. I was on my way to work so it wasn't possible to turn around and go back. I've called each day since and nobody answers the phone. I've also sent a Facebook message that has never been read or replied to. Bad Service. ..waste of money....
Went to get my car washer in Saturday morning. Waited in a short line and got though with ease. Complaint is the wash did not get the dirt of the front and rear bumper and the chrome on tv he front fenders. I know the rise your car down prior to getting the wash but I have witnessed them use a brush on the windows and the front and rear bumpers. They failed to do the complete job on mine. Still waiting for the owner to call about the mirror his machines busted on my wifes car....might have to block the drive way on a nice day.
I usually come here all the time to get my car washed. Came in today, and the guy broke my side mirror. I left my info and now have to wait for someone to contact me. He said some time Friday. We shall see.
