I have called multiple times and left a message. Not once has anyone ever called back. I live over an hour away and would like to know before I make the trip. I call and it says option 2 for store . Never has anyone ever pick up the phone. So I have left messages to call me. Never. The place is nice and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Just call back when someone leaves a message. Thank you for the call back.

We walked in for the “open house” I saw from the road as we were driving by and I was excited because I’m in the market for a pond. Never even heard of the place. We walked around outside a bit. However, upon entering the building, we were met with glaring looks from every employee standing right at the front and received no acknowledgment whatsoever. Beautiful store but overpriced. Clearwater Ponds in Lancaster is 20–50% cheaper on plants and supplies. Ziegler’s charges $125 to find a leak — Splash wants $900. And repairs cost about 70% less. Shop around.
