I’m about to install my first waterfall m/pond, and after doing a fair amount of planning/research, especially on Splash’s site, I went here with the expectation that I’d spend about $1000 and get everything I needed. We ordered 10 ton of 1-3" stones & within 5 days we had all 3 deliveries completed. The delivery crew was very friendly & courteous of our property, the retail staff was helpful & got our order prioritized very quickly. Super happy with the rocks & experience with Splash Supply! A++
I absolutely LOVE this place. The people there are beyond kind and friendly. My little boys (almost 4 and 1 1/2 years old) love walking around the place. We bought 6 fancy goldfish from them and plenty of plants for our pond and everything is doing well. And the goldfish! Do NOT get goldfish from any where else. These. Owners are top notch but not generally the ones helping in store. An older gent misdirected me in the amount to use of an $82.00 chemical he sold me there. There were no directions on container/pouch. He gave me directions on quantity and use. It was way too much and turned my pond a nice dark brown instantly..! Thankfully it didn't kill my Koi.
