I will NEVER patronize this business again. We bought a vacuum to get the sand out of the bottom of our spa. It broke before we even used it. When I went to return it, I got attitude- NO RETURNS. Even though it was a faulty item. No customer service at all. NEVER AGAIN and I'm telling everyone I know. We aren't tourists and know a lot of people with spas. You most certainly lost me as a customer. You are more expensive than the competition and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all.
