Splash Pool & Spa Builders did business with our company until July 2024. They refused to pay for materials they purchased from us to build and service swimming pools. Customers should know that Splash Pool & Spa Builders and their owner are not responsible businesspeople. I will not do business with them again.
If I could give a 0 I would.If this is how you want your hot left after 2 years of buying an 18,000 hot tub they are the perfect people to buy from. My hot tub still isnt fixed and not in use. Amazing customer service till you buy it. Then you fend for yourself. Would have been better off buy a blow up hot tub. I have had problems from day one and nothing seems to get fixed or cared about.

Great at selling things; you had better hope they don’t make a mistake at installation because after they cash your check, their customer service is nonexistent. They blame the problem on each other and refuse to help. Very disappointed. Paid over $20k for a new hot tub that has had issues from day one. They have slow walked solutions and/or not followed through at all. Issues persist. Do not recommend.
2/8/24. Splash installed our fiberglass pool in Aug 2022. They knew it had spiderweb cracks in the floor of the pool but never told us. We found out when the pool manufacturerer contacted us 15 months after the installation. It still is not repaired. Our concrete deck is bowed so the auto cover will not close all the way. They spilled concrete on the fiberglass when installing the concrete collar and have yet to fix that.
