Very poor service. They haven't come out to clean the pool in over two months. Everytime we call, he promises to come out. One time, to fix a heater issue, it took him over 10 months to make it out. We couldnt use our pool unless it was hot out. Our pool is brand new and he has been servicing it since we got it. We have pebbletec and the almost black pool now looks almost white because of all the misuse of chemicals. There are algae spots throughout the pool.
