We called in the morning and received same day service. The woman who set up the appointment was courteous and very helpful. Miguel came that afternoon and he was terrific. He was polite and walked us through the potential issue and then explained the problem and resolved it immediately. We were very pleasantly surprised how quickly and easily our issue was taken care of, especially as we had a calamitous expert with another plumbing company that our HOA uses.

Tomas was great and very professional. I was just disappointed that the quote I received was nearly half of what I was charged just to snake out the drain. It would have been nice to be advised of the new quote first.
