I drove into car wash it pre soaked my car. Stopped and would not start back. I called the owner and he said it was my fault and no offer to replace my car wash. Went down the street to IQ wash and received a quality wash with no trouble. I have always thought highly of TJ but after his disinterest in my issue it has fallen!!
Amazing customer service the automatic one had a malfunction in the middle of mine I pulled around to go wash it off and the worker saw that I had orange stuff all over and said let me get something and I'll give you a wash job. He did above and beyond. He even scrubbed the bugs off. They also have the best vacuums. Thanks so much. TJ your worker went above and beyond.
