5 star. I had an issue with the machine malfunctioning this weekend. I contacted the fb page via message. They responded very quickly, and have resolved the charge that had been made to my account. They are sending 2 free vouchers to my address along with $6 to get the tire shine! Great customer service! Things happen in business, and they are great with fixing the issues! Plus, the car wash is better than any other around Livingston that I’ve tried!
I paid for a $10 Car Wash and all I got was a sprinkle on the bottom of my tires. I called and left a message about this and never heard back from anybody . I've used it several times before successfully. I won't be going to this place again and I'll tell everybody I know don't go there!
We paid for our wash the car ahead of us did not know what to do so it ended up staying through our wash lost our first 15.00 do not go in here unless the car ahead of you is actually leaving they don't make pills for stupidity if you can't follow directions stay out.
Got my car washed at florida and 16 location. The washed messed up somehow so I called and left message about my issue. Was called back quickly and Ross was very helpful and resolved the issue. Nice car wash and excellent service.
