Buyer beware: this company does not care about your satisfaction. I paid for the ultimate wash, then stopped to use the vacuums. Once my car dried, there was a dirty water residue down the back of the car. When I backed up, I couldn't see out of the backup cam because of the residue. I told the clerk I just paid for ultimate and my car was still dirty, so he walked around and looked and then went and debated with two other employees. I go through here at least once a week. Some days are better then others for the amount of soap lather. What helps me out is pulling over and towel drying the car, this helps with spotting.
I had the monthly plan went online to cancel it and it doesn't work!!! Sent emails saying that we wanted to cancel with the code for my car. A lady called my husband and said she would cancel it and refund the money. Been about 3 weeks and still haven't received the money for the time that we canceled it! the car wash doesn't clean the car all it does is make it worse by leaving water spots ALL OVER the car!
I paid $10 for a car wash yesterday and my car isn't even clean. Very disappointed
After first wash car was not clean ran it through again and the young man on the left side of my car didn't pick up his brush to clean the left side of my car. Still dirty not wasting my time or money going back. Neighborhood kids do a better job.
