I use this carwash due to having a tank and bug brush prior to going through the wash. Most car wash facilities in Tyler do not have this. However, in paying for my wash, I "thought" I was paying an extra $4 to insure that my car had a wax/polish applied but as I drove through I noted that the station which should have been the wax did not apply anything.
