I am very impressed with the customer service and winterization services I experienced with Splash. Not many companies these days with the high level of customer service I have experienced with Splash. Ladies in the office that answer the phone are very caring and responsive to questions and needs.

I will never use this business again. I told Kristy on Friday April 23, 2021 to not have the service member come back to my home. He wondered around my yard and did nothing. I asked for the water only to be turned on that is all. He came and messed with the valve and guess what it is now broken and flooding my lawn. I asked Kristy when I originally made the appointment to only have my water turned on nothing more. Kristy said that is not in the system and I called six times and they called me to reschedule. Last year I hired Splash to put in my sprinkler system and they did a great job installing and setting up my system. They were very helpful in explaining how everything worked and were able to answer all my questions. They are very professional and friendly company. I would recommend them to anybody for their irrigation needs.
