My car was still dirty after over $100 for a "detailed" wash/shampoo
Had my car washed there today. Came home; opened the back tailgate, and immediately saw they had not touched it. I called and the "girl" (I was so mad I can't remember her name) said they only vacuum it if "YOU" open the tailgate. No one has ever told me that. I had my car washed there once before and took it back because the windows were still dirty and so was the inside. She told me to bring it back. Been here multiple times. But today was the worst. They yell my car is done i go to it still dirty all over. I point it put he says it doesnt come off. I take the rag and bamm comes off. A little elbow grease people that's why i pay you to wash it. I could have done it myself. Yes manager came and had them redo it.
I have a car wash right across the street I haven't been happy with there service so I decided to try a new place and I'm glad I did , they actually vacuum my whole Jeep and under mats and my jeep comes out so clean and new again even after I had my Belgian Malinois in the jeep they actually get all her hair out of carpet and seats, where my past car wash could never bother to vacuum the back of jeep or under mats Im happy to give my money to a business who actually do what they offer
They always correct anything they've overlooked. Their Managers make things right!
Very good carwash! Staff is friendly and efficient!!
