Workers always polite
I had an excellent experience with Lavell! After calling the 800 number and trying to rectify a payment with no success, I finally decided to drive to the Rensselaer location. Lavell jumped right in to help me out. Super friendly, patient, and made sure everything got sorted out. Really appreciate the great customer service. Thanks, Lavell!
Paid for the best clean and still had bugs stuck on windshield and hood, not to mention suds were left all over my car even after the blow dryer.
Been going here for years and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. The wash itself does a great job and the vacuums are roomy and easy to use.
