I loved this class! It's a great workout, and so much fun. You can make it as difficult as you want, and classes include cardio bursts and strength work. Plus you're in a gorgeous pool surrounded by palms in the Miami sunshine. The instructors are very good and full of sunshine too. Give it a try!

We had a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette party and splash cycle on Saturday morning was definitely a HIGHLIGHT of our weekend! The ladies were so warm and accommodating, and made each of us feel comfortable. The instructor was high energy and the music pumping was a blast! The bride even got her own veil and sash, which made for such a special experience. Thank you splash cycle ladies for a great work out, fun, and making our bride feel so special. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GO BOOK NOW!

Had The Best time trying this new workout! It's like SoulCycle to the next level. Lots of fun, FULL body workout, high energy. Left feeling energetic and excited! Sort of like having fun in the pool but also working your butt off! Im hooked

This workout is a perfect alternative for people recovering from orthopedic suegery or with mobility issues. I have tried it myself and recommended to a few patients as well. It’s low impact and safe on your joints like any other water workout. Having the bycicle provides additional stability which makes it an alternative for patients that do not know how to swim.
