We hired Splash Custom Pools to replace the broken ropes on our Coverstar automatic swimming pool cover on an indoor pool back in the spring. They told us it would be ordered and replaced within 2 months. It actually took longer than 6 months and the cover is making a loud, jerky noise when we try to close it. Communication with this company can be frustrating. Scott and his team did a great job transforming our 40 year old concrete pool with the old metal ring into a thing of beauty. Only complaint was timing and the communication. Other than that the guys were professional amd very polite. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
The tech discovered that I had a Brocken check valve leading to the heat exchanger. He did not have the part on hand which led to much run around miscommunication. A full week has gone by and every time I call I’m told that they would reach out to the tech and get back to me, but I never receive a call back. I would have to call back just to get the same response. I have a sweet 16 party planned for next Sunday and this pool opening was scheduled 3 weeks in advance.
