We bought our hot tub from Splash City a few years ago. They are very good when it comes to a purchase. However any positve experience stops there. Recently we found a leak around the collar to the pump.I made a call & the person responding said he'd put in a work order & Kelly would call me back within 24 hrs. She never did call.
