Cody had a refreshing approach to explaining the advantages of the Sundance hot tubs! He was thorough and well-spoken in his knowledge of the product. We appreciated his enthusiasm and honesty in sales. We previously owned a Sundance hot tub and we were convinced it was the way to go. And he had one model on hand that we thought would work best for us which was an additional benefit for us.
Just finished placing my order for our new Sundance Chelsee. Cody was so great to work with! We do not live in Sioux Falls, but Cody spent the last 2+ days texting back and forth with me, answering all of my questions, never showed annoyance, and had a TON of patience as I went back and forth on colors, which had to be very frustrating for him! I wanted to create the best relaxing experience for myself and my family. With the help of Cody, we got the best tub for us! Cody took the time with us to help us get all our bases covered! We absolutely love our Optima! I recommend Cody and Splash City to everyone looking to make the best backyard oasis!
