La Rae is incredible when it comes to customer service. She is knowledgeable, friendly and truly cares about your concerns or issues you may have with a hot tub. You can't go wrong with staff like LaRae.
I Bought a Colman Spa from them 20 years ago next week. It still works as good as the day I bought it. Replaced pump once and heater once. Great people Quality products and Great Service
it has been wonderful dealing with Laray, and getting our hot tub. Scott has been helpful with helping set up our tub as well as the chemicals. Bryan did not want it because it would be too much and now he has enjoyed it and no complaints.
My husband and I bought a house with a hot tub so we are recently new to the hot tub world. We recently drained it so I was calling around to get pricing on having someone come out and check it out and get the water levels back to normal. I called 3 places before calling splash city all of which tried to get me on the schedule and were going to charge $100+ to come out. Even though we bought our pool table online (Sam’s Club) Splash City was our installer. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Special thanks to Laray who kept in contact with us throughout and Roger the guy who actually came and set it up! Super job-quality folks all around!

Owner is amazing. All staff is great, expecially Laray. When I purchased my spa I thought it would take away all my aches and pains, I was wrong. But every time I use my spa I feel like I'm on vacation. That is an amazing feeling. 🙂 Thank you splash city
