I took my car to the Splash car wash for a hand car wash on Saturday, September 29, 2018; however, what I received was a dirty car, scratched drivers side back bumper, and a broken windshield wiper blade. I will first say this, I use to live in Huntsville years ago and use to bring my truck to this car wash and always received good service. My car was shining like a diamond. The crew is friendly and customer service was excellent.
The workers wouldn't stay off their phones, reading texts and texting. Disorganized. Poor clean up job and it took too long due to the playing around.
It is a great place to get your car washes and detailed they do a great job and get your car clean inside and out while you wait so go by today and let them take care of your car you will come back and tell your friends about this place it is across from aldils on uniseverity drive in Huntsville alabama
Matt in the detail department is FANTASTIC. The $50.00 express wax is probably the best car wash value in town. Fugget about it!
