My dogs were fired for being too aggressive. They certainly are not (video clip from last groom at home), which is not solely my opinion but three other groomer’s opinions (verified). Lesson learned: Ask about the employees’ grooming history/education before dropping dogs off somewhere. I’m feeling guilty I put my dogs through an experience where they were muzzled the entire time and probably panicked for reasons unknown (lack of understanding on how to groom cockers??). I live in the neighborhood and was called upon today by a neighbor to pick up her dog from a grooming appointment. I was without a leash, and Splash and Dash kindly lent me one so I could walk rather than drive the dog home. The employee I spoke with was very pleasant, as was the owner. My neighbor's dog looked and smelled so fresh. On the way home, she was emanating joy with a surprisingly lively spring in her step for her 13 years. Really impressed with this groomer. They were able to schedule my pup same day and got him done quickly. They were great!

Disclaimer: This is not to cause harm to the business but to avoid this maybe happening to your pet. My Yorkshire terrier was brought in for a service , asked to cut mats out & trim due to I wanted to keep as much hair as possible. ( It had been a while since my pup last groomer apt which was why I thought I choose the best place for him. . ) ( A few mats were near his legs ) I got a call 2 hours later and picked up my pup.
