I had my first experience with Splash and Dash 3 days ago. I was very specific with what I wanted. I said please do not cut my dogs curls or shave her. She was completely shaved and gapped up all over!!! I’ve never seen a more unacceptable job in my life. I was given my dog like nothing was wrong. Her nails were not cut as I was told they would be. My girl Lacie loves going to Splash and Dash! She’s always squeaky clean and happy when it’s time to go home! She gets a lot of love from everyone there when she comes in. :)
Took our 14 yr old arthritic & deaf Aussie there today. She was a complete matted mess as she lays around most of the day & developed terrible matts on her hips. They spruced her up, brushed her teeth, gave her a nice trim & we could not be more pleased. She was very well cared for when she came out and they were very patient with her as she hobbled to and fro. Thank you for taking such great care of our sweetheart & we’ll be back in 2 weeks!
I was really amazed at the first visit for my coco for grooming, but this 2nd visit i dont know what happen but when i picked my dog up she has skin missing on her belly from the clippers, shes bleeding and her hair is uneven and theres mats on her hair under her arm, and her toe nails must be still too long bec shes chewing at them and i notice her fifth nail were not touched.
They are real good and fast.
Love Splash and Dash! Always do a great job in a short time. Usually just in two hours both poodles are bathed and cut and Happy! You can usually get an appointment for the next day. Other groomers in town had 6 week wait time and Splash and Dash does a better job! We’ve been going here since they came to Peachtree City I think at least five years.
FYI. I have been going to Splash and Dash PTC for a while.... this will be the last time. I have a Golden Retriever and although I asked her to be cut low that was based on what was acceptably low for her breed , something they should know. They skinned her and there is question as to whether it will ever grow back if not in patches. Her coat could be ruined for life..... But God .... The devil is a liar.
