Splash and Dash really helped out a friend who acquired a dog from her family in need of grooming. The staff not only knew exactly what needed to be done for the dog but there were incredibly kind and understanding too! We are so grateful for their help!
The customer service is impeccable!! The owner was caring, knowledgeable and patient. Bane was calm and happy when I picked him up. He's normally anxious, so I bathe him at home. After several questions, I am enrolling in the unlimited bath membership - I've found a permanent spa for my fur Baby! Thank you Splash & Dash Gaithersburg!
Mrs. Wanda and her crew are the Best!! Always friendly, and welcoming when we drive up to have them take cares of pour fur babies.
