Steve has taken great care of us! He is fair and always arrives as soon as he can. He has saved the day twice for us in 2 years. Our sewer pump in our basement decided to quit when I was pregnant and overdue. Steve showed up on a Sunday morning and only charged us for labor - he found that our Sewer pump was under warranty!
