I had a great experience at Spivak Jewelers in Cherri Hall I went in all concerned that I couldn’t get my watch off. He took it off, remove links and also fix the bands, cause they were on backwards. I asked him how much I owe him. He said nothing.That really made my day.

The absolute BEST jeweler to go to! When we were shopping for wedding bands, we found this jeweler on Google and the experience far exceeded our expectations. They treated us like lifelong friends from the moment we walked in and were very knowledgeable of their product, patient in our decision making, and above all - kind. POSITIVE REVIEW ALERT...Jewelry edition! I recently broke my wedding ring that I've worn for EVERYTHING I do over the last almost 24 years. This ring has seen it all! Spivak Jewelers was recommended on a Facebook group so my husband and I went in to see about a repair and we were both pleasantly surprised with the service and outcome. My husband died 11 days before Christmas and I brought my bracelet with his ashes to Family Jewelry to have some links removed. Got a call a week later saying it was done, but when I went, there was no work done because they couldn’t take the pins out. Brought it over to Spivak Jewelers and they removed the links on the spot, while I waited. I couldn’t be happier that I wasn’t just blown off for something that means so much to me. Thank you Spivak.
