I would rate the experience a 5 star one with the exception the sales manager told the salesman and myself that the 2025 s model Taos that I purchased could be equipped with remote start for $600.00 dollars thru the service department after I bought the vehicle. When I called the next day to set up having it done the service department informed me that there was currently no way to add this feature and if it was it would be more than the $600.00, I was told. I wish I had been smart enough to get that in writing.
This was the first time buying at Spitzer VW and Mehki Blair did a great job from having the vehicle ready to look at when I arrived through the whole deal process until the end. A quick and efficient process all the way through. We are very happy with our purchase and if you are looking for a VW, give Mehki a call!
I was very pleases with the service provided by Gabe Negron. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. He provided the appropriate information and answered all of my questions.
