Mark Turner in sales was low pressure, well informed. He took care of some special requests I had in order to check out the vehicle of interest. The other personnel were great also. A surprisingly good experience in total.
I have had my VWs service at Spitzer’s before but this was my first new car purchase at the dealership. Jacob Baxter made the whole transaction go smoothly. The car I wanted was located, the paper completed so all I had to do was show up, sign papers and write a check. Everything was done with courtesy and professionalism.
Edited review: I had some issues with the dealership but the kind GM, Jason, personally contacted me to make it right. He was very approachable and seemed genuinely concerned. He spent a lot of time researching the issues I experienced and used them as a learning experience for his staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better resolution. Thank you, Jason.
