Absolutely Incredible team at Spitzer Amherst. I’ve never had an easier and more enjoyable experience buying a car. Jake Baxter, Jason Voss and Dave Samples have this thing figured out, and I really can’t believe the deal they made me! 10/10, will absolutely be back for the next one!!

My 2017 VW needed a warranty repair and since I bought the car at Amherst Spitzer VW (which was a very nice experience in of itself), I decided to have the service done there as well. The Service Dept was awesome in handling the task and offering a loaner car so I could get back to work while the service was being performed. The car runs great! They went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone who is on the market for a VW.
