Edited review: I had some issues with the dealership but the kind GM, Jason, personally contacted me to make it right. He was very approachable and seemed genuinely concerned. He spent a lot of time researching the issues I experienced and used them as a learning experience for his staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better resolution. Thank you, Jason.
I have had issues with this dealership since I bought my car in 2023. Starting with them taking advantage of me being a single woman and giving me an insanely high interest rate with having nearly perfect credit (810 getting an 8% rate). Fast forward to Feb of this year when my head gasket blew due to a coolant Leak, On a 2 year old car. This dealership is a joke. We drove an hour and a half and didn’t even test drive the car! The bumper was repainted. There was not a single panel that didn’t have a dent, scratch, or touch up paint on it. The seatbelts were chewed up. No one mentioned they were on backorder until we got there! Who knows when they’ll actually get replaced. 30k for a piece of garbage. Managers kept telling us it was a used car and that’s what we should have expected. Horrible customer service. DO NOT ADVISE VISITING!!!!!
Mark Turner put me at ease right away and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. He knew all about the Tiguan that I was interested in and spent quite a bit of time going over all of the components in the car.
Andrew Epperley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase of the VW Tiguan. I could not be happier with my new car!! Everyone at Spitzer was super friendly!!
