Beautiful service from tony nemi
I have been a frequent visitor to this service dept recently due to owning two CDJR vehicles. Todd Pastva, the service manager, recognized me when I came in and immediately checked me in and made sure that I was able to get service quickly. He called me a couple hours later when the vehicle was ready to let me know that I could up the vehicle. Todd is very professional and customer service oriented and willing to help out his customers.
The day I stopped at Spitzer, was the second dealership I was at that day. I was greeted by Zachary Phelps, at the door. I felt no pressure from him at any time during our visit. I told him what would best suit my needs, and price range. He found a few sedans on the lot, and brought them for me to look at, and drive. Took in for oil change & tire rotation. Appointment was on time as scheduled & service performed as expected. My service advisor, Samantha Forthofer, was very attentive & made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. She couldn't do enough for me. I would highly recommend Samantha & the dealership.
