I recently purchased a 2025 Bronco Sport from Spitzer Hartville. Would highly recommend this dealership and asking for Dwayne Jones as your salesman!
I am not one to complain on the Internet. However, my wife and I feel like this needs to be shared. We bought a used Explorer here within the last year. And the sales experience was one of the worst I have ever had. It started when they asked us to sign this bogus paper saying we have to buy if they meat our price point. We had caught them in several lies thought out the sales process. Including; they told us they "Had h the Explorer for 28 days and needed to move it." It hadn't even been detailed! Great experience, Aaron was helpful and worked with his team to get me in the car I wanted within my payment budget. We were in and out, very happy.
We purchased a Bronco in Hartville that was a dealer trade, the other dealer had the description wrong. We did not know the vehicle we took home was not correct with the package advertised. Our Salesman Robert Bryant and Sales Manager Michael Sabatine worked with us to get the Bronco we thought we purchased. I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism they showed and it speaks volumes on how Spitzer takes care of their customers. I will be back the next time we need a new Ford!!
