Although I stand behind my initial review of Spitzer Ford before and during the sale, I'd be remiss if I didn't provide an overall update of my longer-term experience following the sale. Highly recommend! Especially Jeff handy. Found a car in my price range.
Took a truck in to be sold for $10,500 to Jon Mack on October 7. They offered me $9,500. Told me I can get the check in a week. Showed up and waited an hour to then be told they didn't have it. Told me they would have it in a week and they would call. Waited 2 weeks and went back in after not getting a call, still no check and they are telling me to wait a week. They already listed and sold the truck and I have not received the agreed amount.
I came in with a pretty well loved car in rough shape not even all in my name with the co-owner hoping for a trade of "anything safe and dependable" and they helped me leave in a bramd new 2025 model. I cried happy tears rhe whole way home! They went out of their way to provide us with options and were very attentive and relatively fast with what can tend to be a slow process.
