We are extremely happy with Spitzer Ford. We are especially happy with the service we've received from Scott Gilmore. Not once, but twice we needed our F-150 serviced. Scott went above and beyond to take care of everything, each time. Our truck was damaged at another shop and Scott stood by and did all the leg work for us. I had an excellent experience here. When my car broke down on the turnpike halfway through a 5-hr drive, towing my car to Spitzer turned out to be a great decision. Scott Gilmore was my service advisor. He was very understanding of our situation and was able to get the answers we needed so I could decide how to proceed with the rest of the trip.
