Dr Daniele Spitzer is an example of everything that is wrong with doctors today. Instead of helping someone who had a serious medical episode that urgently needed to see a specialist, she refused because she wasn't able to cash in on a before and after visit with her. Any Primary Care Physician (or any non doctor) in their right mind would see the benefits of a specialist's report... as well as the urgency. But not her.
