Where to begin….. it all started when the salesman took advantage of two elderly people, so my in-laws bought an unnecessary Jeep Wagoneer. Then the Wagoneer had nothing but problems; they kept it for a month they made it right and then all of a sudden, instead of giving our money back we were told that we owe the money for filters that nobody approved of. The Spitzer family is worth a half $1 billion and they charge 3% for credit card purchases. Stay away.
