If I could give a negative 5 I would. We took our brand new Ram for its first oil change to Spitzer Ram. We encountered a problem with the power step running board on the passenger side. We are on an extended stay in FL and didn’t want to wait until we returned home to have our local dealership fix it. We were told to take it back to CO for service. So...I was supposed to write this review over a month ago. However, after finally getting my own transportation, I haven't been able to sit still long enough to write it out. I had been trying to purchase a vehicle for over a year, but was met with obstacle after obstacle. My credit was too low, the required down payment was too high, the car was in too poor condition, etc etc. I was so close to giving up, spending hundreds of dollars on Lyfts every month and having to constantly rely on unreliable people.
