I have been a guest to Spitzer Chevrolet in North Canton Ohio since 2014. They are all fantastic. Today I’m sitting in their waiting area for my oil change. A very nice professional gentleman named Romeo (his personality matches his name) came up to me and was very polite, (we all know why he is walking up to you) to discuss a possibility of considering a new or newer used vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and never buy a vehicle from them customer service is horrible and vehicles are even worse I bought a truck from them and there warranty company gave me the run around took 3 weeks for my vehicle to get approved for a transmission and they still left me on the hook for some of the cost had the vehicle less than 3 months put less than 5,000 miles DO NOT BUY VEHICLES OR WARRANTIES FROM THEM !
I had Steve as my salesman. Very satisfied with how he treated me and worked with me on a couple hiccups in the process! He went above and beyond! I greatly appreciated that! I am still waiting on one more process with my vehicle…But I believe he will contact me once it is worked out!
Junk cars. Car a year ago and chck engine lights came on had to fix. Belt snapped too and now my amc is out. They all suck at their jobs
